About Facebook

A year or more has passed since I succumbed to getting a Facebook account.  My main pupose was to be able to view the photos of family members spread across this country.  It has been great to keep up with my 3 year old great niece as she grows and matures.  The next book I give to her as a gift has to be a Fancy Nancy book as Sloan is the epitomy of a prissy little girl. 

Just like most things that involve social networking I'm slow to get on the band wagon and not very good at keeping up with daily or hourly entries of my own.  It seems as if many of my high school class mates are the same way as I tried to locate several of them and didn't find any accounts.  Perhaps I will have to attend the next class reunion to get an update.  What we learn when we get together then will probably be as much information about each other as we need.  My motto is to live in the world I'm in at the present time.  Keeping up with all my past acquaintances who have been  dear  to me is beyond my ability.
